This policy applies to enquiries submitted through the Able Trading website, including product sourcing, product development, manufacturing and Wayfound Commerce AI enquiries. Wayfound is Able Trading’s technology subsidiary.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to provide in an enquiry, such as your name, work email, company or brand, phone number, target market, product direction, quantity, project stage, workflow details and project brief.
We also attach limited submission context: the source page, page URL, submission time and any campaign parameters contained in the URL.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to understand your request, route it to the relevant trade or technology team, reply to you, assess project fit and maintain a record of the resulting business conversation.
We do not use the enquiry form to create an account or take payment.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate the project, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. Form submissions may be retained by our form and email service providers according to their own retention policies.
No internet transmission is completely secure. We limit the information collected by the form and do not request passwords, payment-card details or government identity documents.
